Yes, I'm painting again after all these years. Why? Because a good friend (and far better painter than I will ever be) talked me into participating in a plein air event last summer sponsored by a local gallery. It was a stubbornly foggy day, but also a good deal of fun. I like fun . . .
And I still cannot resist "making things" in more than one dimension. The two new pieces below turned out to be a deep dive into my extensive collection of found objects picked up all over the world and in my own back yard.
